1. On Feb. 19, 2023, The RW group was interviewed by UM Magazine for a series of our recent academic achievements.
2. On Feb. 10, 2022, RW group members won Silver Award and attended the award ceremony in the final of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area High-Value Patent Portfolio Layout Competition in 2022（湾高赛）！ We stood out from over 4,000 patents in the competition and we are the only Silver (and the highest) Awardee from Macau SAR.
3. On Nov. 16, 2022, Prof. Ruibing Wang, led a team comprised of Prof. Simon Lee and Dr. Cheng Gao, won the second prize of Macau Science and Technology Award 2022, in the Natural Science Award category!!! Congrats!!!
4. On Nov. 16, 2022, two of RW group members, Dr. Sun Chen and Ms. Wang Ziyi, won the Macau Scientific and Technological R&D Award for Postgraduates! Bravo!
5. On Sept. 8, 2022, the RW group was informed of the approval of NSFC general program grant application. This is the third NSFC general program grant of RW since joining UM. Meanwhile, two of RW alumni members, Dr. Chen Sun, Associate Professor at Hainan University, and Dr. Kuikun Yang, Full Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, received approval letters as well for their very first applications for NSFC Youth Fund. Congrats!
6. On April. 28, 2022, the RW group members won the First Prize in the “One Million Dollar Macau Regional Entrepreneurship Competition”！
7. On Jan. 25, 2022, our recent paper published by Nano Today (Guo et al) was highlighted by the WeChat news platform of Frontiers of Polymer Science.

9. On Dec. 16, 2021, Prof. Ruibing Wang was invited by the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing U9niversity, to deliver a talk at the “Distinguished Scholar Forums”.

14. On Mar.4, 2021, Mr. Yan-long Ma passed his Ph.D. dissertation defense. Prof. Wei Jiang from Southern University of Science and Technology and Prof. Dongsheng Guo from Nankai University are greatly appreciated for joining us online and providing their support and guidance to this defense! 15. On Nov.15, 2020, Miss. Qian Cheng received The Best Poster Award at Biomaterials2020 in Shanghai, China. Way to go, Qian!
16. In Nov. 2020, Prof. R Wang was elected as a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) in the United Kingdom. Founded in 1841, RSC (www.rsc.org) is the oldest chemical society in the world, with more than 54,000 members and 1,700 fellows (including around 75 Nobel Laureates). Achieving fellow status in the chemical profession denotes a high level of accomplishment as a professional chemist. Kudos to RW!

18. On Oct. 7, 2020, Prof. Ruibing Wang, joined by Prof. Simon Lee and Dr. Cheng Gao, won the third prize of Macau Science and Technology Award 2020, in the Technological Invention Award category!!! Meanwhile, Miss Qian Cheng received the highest honor for graduate students in Macau, Macau Scientific and Technological R&D Award for Postgraduates in 2020! Bravo!
